To provide equitable access to nutritious
food, wellness resources, and educational
programs that enable individuals, particularly
those from low-income backgrounds,
single-parent households, and marginalized
youth, to make informed, healthy lifestyle
choices. Through our initiatives, we aim to
build bridges, break down systemic barriers,
and create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

Food Programs

Our Monthly Food Box Program
provides seasonal produce, pantry staples, recipe ideas, and dietary accommodations where possible. Supported by the
Harvest Food Box program through
the Middlesex-London Health Unit.
